At Squash Zone in Redwood City, our mission is to foster a vibrant and inclusive community through the sport of squash. We are committed to providing a world-class facility where players of all ages and skill levels can come together to improve their game, stay active, and enjoy the thrill of healthy competition. We aim daily to create a welcoming environment that fosters growth, sportsmanship, and a passion for the game, while promoting fitness and wellness within our community.

We house 9 international singles courts which comprise of 7 traditional court, one 3-wall glass court and an all-glass professional court (which is used for our annual professional tournament)

We take great pride in our junior programs thanks to our team’s passion for the sport and dedication to raising world-class squash players. Please find our junior program timing below:

Beginner Clinics (ages 5-9):

• Monday Beginners 4:30-5:30 p.m.

• Saturday matchplay 10:15-11:15 a.m.

• Sunday clinic 1-1:45 p.m.

Future Stars Program

• Friday matchplay 3:30-4:15 p.m.

• Sunday skills clinic 10:15-11:15 a.m.

• Sunday fitness 11:15-11:45 a.m.

Development Clinics (ages 10-14 or 1-2 years experience):

• Tuesdays Drills, Skills & Fitness 5:15-6:45 p.m.

• Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm (games/conditions with Coach Aisling and Yassin)

Elite Clinics (2.7-4.5+ rating):

• Mondays & Thursdays 6-7:30 p.m. (drills, skills & conditioned games)

Matchplay Clinics

• Saturday Beginner Matchplay 10:15-11:15 a.m.

• Sundays (2.7-4.5+ rating) 11:15-12:45pm

• Wednesday Sanctioned Ladder Matches 7:30-9 p.m. (email aisling@squash.zone to enter)

Clinics range between $40-$70 per hour (package/drop in rate).

• Wednesday Night Challenge Ladder (7:30-8:30pm). $30 per quarter

So you’re coming out of retirement? Well here are some things we recommend to clear the cobwebs out of your game:

• Solo practice to brush up on your muscle memory

• Sign up for a private lesson with one of our wonderful coaches (we can give a diagnosis for your game and give feedback aligning with your goals)

• Come participate in Friday Round Robins (every Friday 7:30-8:30pm) - a great place to meet new potential hitting partners/friends

• Wednesday Night Challenge Ladder Matches when you’re ready! (Email aisling@squash.zone to get on mailing list)

Guests are welcome to book a one time court by calling 650.995.7443/emailing info@squash.zone.

• $25 guest fee plus a $40 court booking fee ($40 court booking fee excluded if participating in programs)

• Friday night Round Robin $25 per guest

Yes, non-members may take up to two (2) lessons with any of our coaches. Guest fee $25 in addition to the standard lesson fee.

Verbal abuse and racquet abuse will not be tolerated.

• Appropriate sports attire must be worn at all times.

• Protective eyewear is required for all players 18 and under.

• Non-marking indoor squash shoes are required on all courts. Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the courts

A member may bring in a guest once a month. The guest fee is $25. Guest fees may be charged to the member’s account, cash, or credit card. Guest must check in at reception and sign the guest waiver.

Court duration is 45 minutes.

• Courts may be booked 4 days in advance, beginning at 7am.

• Members can only make one court reservation per day.

• No-show fees ($15):

  • A reservation must be cancelled at least 4 hours before play to avoid incurring a no-show fee.

  • A player who does not show up to play within 15 minutes after the reserved start time will be subject to a no-show fee. The court will be released for open reservation.

  • Excessive no shows may result in a 30-day suspension of court booking privileges.

  • During peak times (4.30-7.30pm M-F, 9a.m. -11.15a.m. S, S), two names are required for the booking. Solo practice not permitted during peak hours.
